RETURNS POLICY



You may return most unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a $5 restocking fee. All of the original tags must be attached, the product must be kept in its original packaging, and it must remain unworn in order for us to process any return or exchange.



You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



If you need to return an item, please go to “My Account” and select “View Order” and choose the items you wish to return. We are not responsible for any lost or returned packages. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@zaxie.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

SHIPPING

We ship to all locations within the U.S and offer free standard ground shipping on all orders. 
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options that you choose. You also have the option to select overnight, two-day, and three-day shipping at additional costs.
