We want you to love your ZAXIE pieces! If you’re not completely satisfied, unworn merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

📌 Return Details:

  • A $5.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • You will be refunded the value of your order less the restocking fee and return shipping cost.

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with ZAXIE tags attached.

  • If your order included a free gift with purchase, it must be returned as well—otherwise, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

  • ZAXIE is not responsible for lost or misrouted packages. Please use the provided tracking number to ensure delivery.

  • All ZAXIE Diamond product returns include an additional $30 inspection and handling fee.

📌 How to Return:

  1. Log into your account and select “View Order.”

  2. Choose the items you wish to return and generate a pre-paid UPS label.

  3. Ship your package to:

⏳ Processing Time:
Please allow up to 30 days for your package to be received and your return processed. If it has been longer, contact support@zaxie.com for assistance.

📌 Exchanges:
If you’d prefer a different ZAXIE piece, simply return your unworn item within 30 days in its original packaging with tags attached, and we’ll exchange it for something you’ll love even more.
